What We Do

We facilitate the establishment of Seamless Link Covenants between one or more Canadian Alliance churches and the International Worker(s).

• The covenant recognizes the importance of local church participation in ministry planning, on-site ministry, shared evaluation, and monitoring. It also will include details of the international workers engagement with the local church(es) during home assignment.

We support both the local church(es) and international workers(s) in maintaining and growing their relationship.

• The covenant outlines details to clarify and support the relationship. The Seamless Link Advisor will monitor the fulfillment of these commitments with both the local church and international worker(s).

We assist Alliance Converge in the sending process.

• All new international workers are required to have a finalized Seamless Link Covenant in place before beginning their assignment.

We serve as team leaders for intentional workers on home assignment.

•  In addition to supporting international workers in aspects of their home assignment, we ensure that all current international workers have a finalized Seamless Link Covenant in place before returning to their field assignment. This will ensure that all international workers have  covenants in place by 2016.

We facilitate Igniting Global Prayer for Seamless Link churches requesting it.

• Igniting Global Prayer Seminars are provided as a resource to assist local churches to form or strengthen prayer teams to pray for their shared ministry to Least Reached People Groups.
